2. Both the acts of accepting the Terms and
Conditions of Purchase (Disclaimer) within your internet browser or
other medium and the signing of an ID-SHOP.co.uk order form
signifies your acceptance and understanding of these terms and
conditions. You should note that the Terms and Conditions of
Purchase (Disclaimer) are legally binding, and by accepting them it
is your duty to honour the terms that make it is comprised of.
3. Cards are sold strictly as novelties. They
have no official status or other status and do not confer any rights
or privileges of any kind whatsoever on the bearer.
4. In no event shall ID-SHOP.co.uk be liable
for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or
consequential damages from your use of its cards.
5. Misuse of any card may be illegal, whether
as a result of misrepresentation, fraud, abuse, or other.
6. Neither ID-SHOP.co.uk nor any of its
employees accept any responsibility for misuse of the cards in any
context and may not be held liable if legal action is brought
against any person using our products.
7. None of these cards are official in any way,
nor are they meant as copies of, or attempts to pass off as, any
existing original card.
8. None of the organizations mentioned on our
products are genuine and no representation should be made to that
effect.
9. The right to refuse any card to any
applicant on any grounds is reserved.
10. ID-SHOP.co.uk is not responsible for lost,
stolen or damaged cards and are under no obligation whatsoever to
replace such cards. It is recommended that orders are sent by
recorded delivery. Proof of postage is not proof of delivery.

12. 'Fake ID' is a generic term and has no
implicit meaning.
13. Use of ID-SHOP.co.uk novelty ID may be
illegal in some areas. It is your responsibility to make sure the
product is legal in your area before purchasing.
14. ID-SHOP.co.uk does not encourage or condone
the use of false identification in any circumstances.
15. We are not responsible for any errors or
omissions on our website or within any printed material.
16. We only sell to the U.K., Ireland, Mainland
Europe and Australia, orders received from other countries will be
returned and a handling and shipping charge may be deducted from any
forms of payment sent.
